Facilitated by a direct link with the online social networking portal Meetup.com3, the blog aims at being the first point of call for people who are looking to engage both online and off in fight against the monopoly grip on truth exercised by politically-biased media. To date, the Meetup.com group category ‘Friends of Beppe Grillo’ has around 33,000 members, themselves organised in 199 groups located in 157 cities in 15 different countries.
